Bad customer service

Mirrors themselves look okay but do not appreciate the miscommunication and unprofessional nature of the install especially since I paid extra for that to happen. Handyman contacted me three times to change the timing of the install, with the last one requiring me to leave work early (I am in the medical field so this isn’t easy) and drive 45 minutes in traffic to meet him night of. He said “I’m 40 minutes away I’ll be there tonight” when the install was set for the following day originally. Felt like I had no option but to say yes because he was complaining about driving 3 hours to get to me. Got there and had to move all the heavy weights out of the way by myself since the garage was not ready yet. Then after the install dust was left everywhere with no clean up. I felt like I tailored to him instead of the other way around since I felt like I could not inconvenience him.
