This knife works with ease. The sharpness makes quick work of any meat and with how light it is, makes this work much easier to do. If I ever need another, Dalstrong will be my first choice all over again.

It’s great I accidentally bought this one and was trying to get a different one but I ended up keeping it so they both work out great and don’t have any struggle cutting through primals

I buy meat in bulk from the Amish markets in Pa a few times a year and butcher it myself to save money. Once I purchased my 10" 12" butcher knives and my 7" boning knife, my butchering has become a breeze. They're great knives.
