I recently discovered your hats and I’m a big fan. I hope you’ll take this in the spirit it’s intended. I think the product is excellent. 1. Sizing is inconsistent. I was gifted a Hydro Slime Classic, and it fit perfectly. I then ordered the green Odysea Classic size, but it fits noticeably larger. Maybe worth reviewing your sizing consistency across styles. 2. Automatically adding shipping protection is a poor customer experience. More concerning, it continues to re-add itself after it’s been removed. At a minimum, that’s frustrating. When a customer is already willing to spend $79-$89 on a premium hat, automatically tacking on another $2 for shipping protection creates unnecessary friction at checkout. This is one of those moments where the quality of the buying experience should match the quality of the product. The hats are premium. The checkout experience should feel the same. I genuinely like the brand and think these are easy fixes that would improve the customer experience.
