Before I read not to use this neat, I put a little on the back of my hand and rubbed it in with the back of my other hand. It definitely increases circulation! It got very warm! Lesson learned! I put some in a small jar then added coconut oil liquid. I’ve used it on an achy shoulder and it’s proven effective. The smell is not noticeable. I’m glad I tried this one!

Smells heavenly but makes an unholy mess of your diffuser. Just be prepared.
