I just bought the suitcase two weeks ago for a big trip to Sri Lanka. It’s very good except for one feature: when I open the two expansion clips, they keep slipping back into the smaller position. Where and how can I get this repaired?

Quality Replacement Luggage

I’ve not used my new luggage yet; however, it’s a quality product. I got it to replace my 25+ years Hartmann Intensity and wanted something of the same quality.
