I was happy with the customer service that I received with returning my item and getting the correct replacement. Erin was very professional and made sure I knew what I needed to do to get the correct holster to work. Her response time was also very prompt!

Great holster, good retentions and durable. I had an older version that had less retention and eventually asked for a replacement shell. Replacement shell was $35 and works perfectly
