Neon Blue

Excellent pigment and consistency

Really like the versatility of this paint: it's neon without throwing off the rest of the non-neon colors I'm woking with. I had great success increasing the chroma/opacity by mixing in a little cobalt teal. It also makes a great neon purple when mixed with the Gapka Neon Pink. Highly recommend using it with Neo Megilp to get a glowy sheen.

A little bit dark but excellent quality

The quality of the paint is excellent! It looks amazing under a black light, but it is a little bit dark under regular light. I wish it was more on the light blue side. But it’s nothing that can’t be fixed by adding white paint to it.

This doesn't feel like Neon Blue.

It's not the "Neon" Blue I was hoping for. It's very Dark. It's almost like ultramarine blue. The Biggest need I have as painter is to find a high saturation light blue because mixing white and blue kills saturation. Something like Cerlean blue but transparent and mixes well. I still have to test it some more but for now I'm going to use it as ultramarine blue. The Neon Pink however is quite amazing and I'll be back for more!
