Easy to deal with AKC DNA
Delivery was fast and instructions were clear. I like that we get an email saying you got our samples . The delay of 4 weeks is a bit long but I believe this is what is takes for a lab to do the testing.

The kit easy enough to use, but could not get it activated on line and the support desk did not respond to my request for help
