Leaves my mouth feel clean

I really like these tablets but can't say they have improved my oral health. This version dissolves very quickly. Almost I use three with my water flosser where one works with the plain xylitol ones. Maybe they'll improve their formula later, but at the moment, these do not work entirely as advertised.
