I am lucky enough to have spent many years at sea, accumulating near 2 circumnavigations. What Nick has done captures so much of the essence of being at sea which is so more than just “being at sea”! Adventure, loneliness, fear, joy, wonder, patience and tenacity. This is not the glossy story of sailing. It is vulnerable and empowering at the same time. Thank you and well done for capturing what is so hard put into words.
