A bit too sweet for me.

After reading the reviews, I had to try this cornbread mix. It was delicious and easy to make. My only issue was the sweetness, just a bit too sweet for my liking. A suggestion might be to package the sugar in a separate pouch so the preparer could judge the amount of sugar that one uses based on personal taste. I prepared it using the cast iron skillet method which worked perfectly well for that crusty bottom. You might add that to the baking instructions which I'm sure some people might appreciate. Going to give it the 5 because my not so sweet tooth is a personal preference.
