We first had these corn cakes in Costa Rica and fell in love with them. When we got back I hunted for a website that I could buy a mix. I decided to try Prepared Pantry and was very pleasantly surprised. The mix is easy to prepare and delicious. I then bought some for my friends and family. Yummy
