Price Rollback! Professional Apricot Pastry Filling

Received damaged item- no response from their customer service

I’ve given the prepared pantry almost a week to respond to my email with a photo of the damaged item that I received and have heard nothing from their team. I simply wanted a replicant or a refund and have not received either. I do not know why they provide the link to their customer service to use if you have a problem with an order if they do not plan to respond to you.

Apricot pastry filling

The apricot filling is wonderful. I am using it to make turnovers. I am very pleased with everything I have purchased from the Prepared Pantry.

Possible Error

I ordered all apricot pastery filling as indicated, however I received one of the items as a peach filling and not apricot. I had irderd all apricot in this order. When I brought this to the attention of Prepared Pantry I was told that I had ordered a peach filling. I was not given any other options at that time. Was not very happy with that decision.
