Insert Sizing Off

I bought this viola case because of the light weight, and ordered according to the size of my viola. I was sent an insert that should have made my viola fit properly, but it was too big and my viola would not fit in the case. I had to pay for another insert that was supposed to work, and it was too small! In the end, I had to use the small insert in combination with pads from another older case to make my viola rest safely in my new case. I like many things about this case, but not the inserts for a proper, secure, and safe fit. Also...I don't like that the bow goes into the case in the opposite direction of standard cases.
