I ordered a viola case, but I received a violin case instead. I called customer support, and they took care of me immediately. So great customer service!

Great case

This was my second case that I received. My first case that came with my viola outfit had a broken lock on it. Contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a new one. Great customer service! I love the two pockets on the inside Makes storing my rosin and tuner and shoulder rest that much easier! Highly recommend

Viola Case FC75

Overall experience is fine. Although there was an issue with the latch on the case. The two screws on the top part of the latch were/are(?) too short to keep the top part of the latch connected to the case. The top part of the latch was actually lying inside the case. I contacted support(?) and they immediately sent me a replacement case… Guess what happened. Same issue. I took my viola to my local luthier because at the last moment I decided wanted to have Dominant strings installed on my viola. He simply replaced the 2 screws with ones that were a little longer and able to bite deeper into the top of the case without breaking through the frame of the case. All’s well. I’m quite satisfied with the case.
