Brownie Sugar Snap Cookies

I purchased this mix because I thought it would be similar to a recipe I have lost for my mother’s Chocolate Cake Cookies. I didn’t take note that it was also a snap. So while the cookie was good,, I didn’t like the texture. It’s not something I will purchase again. I do however, love the bread mixes which come out so perfect I don’t buy regular bread for toast anymore. I especially liked the banana bread. I am allergic to raw bananas and this gives me the opportunity to taste the fruit.

Brownie Sugarsnaps are very good! We'll definitely order the mix again. I think the next time I do, I'll add some chocolate chips to the mix.
