Sz 12-14 is more like 3T! My daughter’s underwear were bigger than these shorts—and they were bikini underwear! Didn’t want to waste time & money to send them back, so gave to a friend for her toddler. The quality is nice—-just absolutely not correct in sizing. I did check the tag to make sure it was 12-14 that was sent & they were marked 12-14. Unless they tagged these wrong during manufacturing—sizing really needs to be looked at.
