Wagyu Eye Fillet Steaks

Hi I’m new to bbq grilling etc I’ve found this store to be outstanding the friendly service with a smile this store is heads above the rest

9+ Eye fillet

I purchased a certified MB9+ Wagyu eye fillet, expecting the signature buttery, melt-in-mouth texture typical of this grade. Unfortunately, the steak I received didn’t meet that standard. While tender, it lacked the rich marbling and creamy flavour expected of genuine MB9+ Wagyu. The taste was noticeably beefy rather than buttery. Given the certification and premium price, the eating experience was underwhelming.
