We love this product! My husband uses it as pre-brush and I use it post-brushing. Neither of us have needed to use dental picks to remove tarter in more than 2 months! I love it, and use it every morning. I take a swig, swish it around in my mouth for a few minutes while fixing my hair, brush with an electric toothbrush, then spit and rinse. Keeps my mouth clean and fresh, and my teeth glistening.
