Actually I did a couple of reviews about your product your professionalism, your kindness, your shipping boxes filled with the most beautiful environmental packing material ever! And being gifted a bottle of the mouthwash that AMAZON had failed to deliver to me TWICE in a row, bringing me instead, 2 oz cardboard containers of tooth powder (that I actually do use by the way but what I ordered and paid for was the mouthwash and after they mispulled it TWICE in a row I decided I'd probably be frustrated forever by their blunders and that's when I decide to cancel my subscription for your CINNAMINT MOUTHWASH after many years...and I went RIGHT to your website...ordered it and GOT it quickly and beautifully packed and then I was gobsmacked when I received an apology FROM YOU about AMAZON's mess and a gifted 32 ounce bottle of the mouthwash that I ADORE!!! When I finish my first 32 oz bottle I'll have a good idea about how long the next one should last and I'll set up a subscription on YOUR site for the correct duration so that I'll never be without it! And I know that someone there has seen my reviews praising you because I got a nice thank you email for it... Today I received a delivery right from the manufacturer of my favorite mouthwash. ESSENTIAL OXYGEN ORGANIC CINNAMINT...I have been using this product for several years and for all those year I was receiving it from AMAZON via SUBSCRIBE and Save. Recently Amazon has been unable to correct an error in their warehouse that caused the wrong product to be pulled for my last SUBSCRIBE & SAVE delivery. Instead of a LARGE bottle of my mouthwash I received shrink wrapped 2 oz cardboard containers the size of small salt shakers with TOOTH POWDER..Trying to get the error corrected was a nightmare...Amazon reordered the item at no charge and guaranteed I'd get the correct product the next day. But as anxious as I was to see the order had been delivered I was immediately disappointed to see that all I got was the exact same TWO 2 oz boxes of tooth powder. That's when I cancelled my amazon subscription and desperately ordered the product right from the Essential Oxygen website. It was shipped quickly and arrived quickly and MOST importantly it was the right product - I had changed my 16 oz order to a 32 oz order from Essential Oxygen because I NEVER WANT TO RUN OUT AGAIN! I actually wrote about it on their Instagram page because I thought they should know that Amazon was pulling and shipping TOOTH POWDER instead of mouthwash which clearly showed as in stock. They wrote back to me asking for my name and address and apologizing to me FOR AMAZON's mishandling of my orders...and today I received this box which was packed SO BEAUTIFULLY and ENVIRONMENTALLY conscientiously. I now have two 32 oz bottles of this product...as I get near the end of my first bottle I will have an idea of how long it will take me going forward to finish a 32 oz bottle. And at that time I will most excitedly set up an ongoing subscription and I will probably add some of the products I noticed on the website that caught my attention as well. SO FAR: A1 TOP NOTCH company...answering messages and emails and recognizing the value of loyal customers who believe that they are connected with a top ranking company of people who value us. THANK YOU for putting an end to that nightmare!
