INCREDIBLE COMPANY

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Fit, style, comfort, ease of ordering. All of those things are great, but the personalization of this company is incredible. On a recent order I requested the wrong size. Due to a medical emergency, I didn't see an email inquiry this company sent confirming if I'd ordered the correct size. This order was not eligible for return. After emailing back and explaining the circumstances CHARIX SHOES allowed a return and paid the postage for me to receive the correct shoes!!!! What kind of company gives that kind of customer service?? CHARIX SHOES DOES!!!!

Love these shoes and they are the perfect pop of red. Comfy, high quality feel and fit.
