Lifesaver for a first time mum

I had been so paranoid about what was safe to give my baby starting solids and spent a lot of time on Pinterest and Google trying to find what would be good for him, and how to make it. I knew I didn't want to buy purees, so coming across this book has been fantastic. The list of 101 foods has made me think of things I otherwise would never have given him, and the recipes are really easy to follow and creative whilst still being simple.

Prepping early!

We got the prebook on Amazon then decided to buy the book while baby is 4 months old. We want to be prepared for when baby hits all his milestones and the pediatrician says we have the go ahead. Learning all new recipes to try with our baby is going to be fun! The book and the prebook give such good information to make me feel comfortable starting solids! Can’t wait to report back with how it’s going!

Must buy

This book is super helpful especially for a first time Mom. I had no idea where to begin when it came to starting solids. The pictures take the guess work out of the sizing to cut particular pieces of food into. It is a game changer having easy, healthy recipes written down that I don't have to go hunting for that feeds the whole family.
