Exodus Challenge

Changed my life

I am so thankful that God put this in my path. I have never been a healthy person. I would only exercise once in a while and then quit. As of today, I am on day 98 straight and I have committed to 120 days. That will be 3 of the challenges. As of this week, I have also increased my time exercising. I feel incredible and have so much more energy. My ability to do this is such a God thing because I never could have done it in my own strength. Thanks for creating a wonderful way to make lifelong changes.
