I’ve made elderberry syrup for several years now, and these elderberries make the best syrup I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!

Elderberry wine

I bought berries in order to make 5 gallons of Elderberry wine. I made this decision when I realized harvesting berries in the wild was going to be too difficult . I love the quality of the berries I received, and the wine is aging nicely. Bought another batch recently to do it all over again and to color my strawberry wine.
