Surprisingly satisfied !
I wasn't that interested in this "gadget" when I first saw it on the website. Since, I already own other base blocks products and enjoy there other products,I figured it give it a try. It's really well made and safe. Best tibia workout! Highly recommend

Worth Every Penny!
As an MMA fight coach and longevity enthusiast, I’m always trying to create DIY contraptions to help myself and my clients target muscles that can not be trained in commercial gyms. The Dual Tib Bar more than adequately trains the tibialis anterior, which is one of those muscles you have never even heard a personal trainer mention. A quick Google search for tibialis anterior exercises produces results such as; seated toe raises and heel walks. These passive exercises will neither hurt nor help a healthy individual but, passive training is for injury rehab. Train your entire body like you train your vanity muscles.
