I ordered my planner and when it came the cover was upside down and I was not able to turn it over because this planner is spiral bound. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent a new one - I just asked for a new cover but they sent a new one. I already love the product (this is my second year using Paper House for my planner) and the undated options are perfect for people who have different "work" years. The quality, layout and flexibility of these planners are perfect and the coordinating extras like stickers and book markers make it complete but the customer service really puts this company over the top in my book!
