The owner was great and very helpful. They had exactly what I needed. I am not a crafter per se but needed some high quality felt for a custom woodworking project. Their wool felt products are amazingly high quality and just what I needed. Dense, sturdy, and soft. They are a wonderful resource for the whole area.
