Official U.S. Military Poncho

Great product

This is a great product for the money. Yes it's a little more expensive than other ponchos out there but it's also bigger than all of them that I've looked at. Feels really high quality and I look forward to using it over the holiday weekend. Thanks orc for the fast shipping.

Great quality

Affordable, durable and high quality. I've already tested it in the recent Florida weather and it did not disappoint. Above all, I cannot say enough about the quality. The material is high quality and the stitching is flawless. The buttons are a pain at first, but once you got them figured out and done you're set to go. As advertised, it's roomy but fitting and plenty of room for a pack if needed. Extremely happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer.

Excellent Ponchos

I ordered both the foliage green and the ACU. The foliage green appears slightly heavier than the ACU. However, I have tested both in the rain and they both work extremely well. The buttons are a bit tough to snap at first, but after a few times they loosen up. And as others have suggested, if you snapped them at an angle, it really helps. I do quite a bit of hiking and backpacking, and a nice thing about these ponchos is that you can flip them over your pack and keep it dry. Also, as others have indicated the ACU version comes with a small cord in the front just inside about it waist level to tie the poncho behind your back and keep it from opening up as you bend over. The foliage screen does not have that feature. Thought I’d note that if it’s important to you, but it wasn’t a feature that I use or needed. Fantastic company to deal with as the product came quickly and with no issues. I ended up buying an extra foliage, green poncho, but now I will also get an extra ACU. These are pure utility, fold up small and can be tossed in any backpack. Sometimes you don’t need a super expensive Gore-Tex jacket, I’m flipping on a poncho, which is capable of dumping heat and keeping you dry will work. You now have no excuse to stay dry! Oh, one final thing. I have purchased a few other ponchos that were military type, but at least for me, these are much better as they seem very waterproof and light weight.
