They have edited the colors to make them look more vivid. In reality all the colors are muted and the bright pink in the photos are actually a darker more mauve color. That might not be the companies fault because everywhere I have seen Thai run for sale it's the same photos. Either way I will keep the rug. Not familiar with this companies return policy.
