DIY Auger Bit for DIY Brackets

Good quality tool.

The tool was good quality but I struggled to keep the auger from grabbing the aluminum guide that helps for hole placement. A couple of my holes got drilled at an angle and came through the side of the wood.

Did the job!

Go slow. Grabs hard. Stayed fairly sharp from one hole to the next. The auger bit guide didn’t last. It broke on the first hole. Welds broke. Had to drill multiple holes by plain visual sight. Go slow.
