Worked but could have been better.

The metal backing was bent but I got it strait enough to work. There were 3 prongs to hold shelf but the middle one broke. The outer ones work for holding the shelf though. So it works.

We recently bought an array of different brackets for three different projects in our home. I reached out via the chat and email function and Liz was crazy helpful. She even just called me to have a conversation about our needs, and knew the product lineup so well that she could advise me on which models to purchase, and even how to modify them to suit our install! I would highly recommend Ultrashelf over some of the other avaialble options (amazon, or otherwise). The craftmanship on the brackets is precise and impressive which made the nerve wracking process of drilling, routing and installing a breeze. The one thing I would highly recommend to anyone ordering any of Ultrashelf's products, is to spend the extra money and include the fabricated jigs, auger bits, router bits, and drill guides in your order. Trust me it's worth it.
