DIY Routing Jig for DIY Brackets

Great functionality

Brackets are good, jig and bit not so much

First, they sent me the wrong size of jig. I called, got a real person, and she fed-exed me the correct jig overnight...so plus points for the excellent customer service. The jig and auger bit for drilling out the holes in back of a shelf are very hard to work with. The self-feeding auger bit grabs the wood so aggressively it's almost impossible to drill a straight hole. I think a less-aggressive bit, and tighter tolerance between the jig and the bit would help.

Hanging self and using Ultrashelf brackets and tools

I bought the DIY brackets, routing jig, and drilling tools. They worked seamlessly and produced a really great result. Shelf looks like it was professionally installed and did not take much time using all the materials provided.
