Multi-Use Steam Canner - Stainless Steel

I really like this new stainless steel canner/steamer. I love being able to see inside the pot! I'm glad to retire my old enamel canning pots. The only disappointment with this canner is that it will NOT take 7 wide mouth liter jars if you use the "jar lifter insert" when water bath canning. It will take 6 regular mouth and 1 wide mouth litre jar. I'll have to use a tea towel instead of that "lifter" in order to fit 7 wide mouth liter jars. Maybe our Bernardin wide mouth jars are wider here in Canada??
