This particular pasta as well as all the others are delicious. Cook beautifully and remind me of the many scrumptious pastas I’ve eaten in Italy.

I've written a few reviews about this brand, many years ago I started to explore many artisan pasta brand's considering the best. All have few things in common, location water and wheat. Basic ingredients and not basic care of these 3 components. This brand and several others take it to a level that surpasses standard store brand's. My best advice is look past the cost of this product. It's cheaper than a value meal at McDonald's and will be better tasting. In the Chelsea market in New York city, they have a top rated restaurant that only sells this pasta and the place is packed. Give it a try and you will see why me and so many others keep coming back to this brand. .for years my wife couldn't Tolerate pasta, she can with this brand!
