I think this is quite possibly the best pasta on the market! I love that it's imported from Italy. It cooks up quick and tastes great! what more can you ask for. It's important to me that it is made in Italy using Italian wheat as it contains less Glutin in their wheat than ours and there are no additives in the ingredients . Pasta should be water, flour , salt and egg .. period
