FedEx delivery apparently has a rule against their trucks going onto private driveways !?! Thankfully, the nice driver helped me put it in my car from his truck and unload it in my garage and carry inside the house. He didn't help with getting it from the entry down the hall to the place where it now lives but I think he was already going above and beyond what FedEx is offering? Seems like you might want to offer a premium delivery option? Where what's essentially a piece of furniture gets delivered like a piece of furniture...

Awesome product and support. Kids and my wife and I love this unit. Very well made, easy user interface, and a blast at parties & family gatherings. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking to add a home arcade!

Love it! Only draw backs were, the back screws a bit difficult to install. Also, no instructions on how to take it off token mode.
