It came in perfect condition. Protected with bubble wrap and initial plug in of unit fired up ready to play. Had to remove side panel to fit through doors. That was not an issue.

I needed it right away for a party I was having for my daughter and had only two days to get it. Showed up in time and plugged it in and it worked great. Everyone loved it....

It was really a great buy. Love the games, love the lights, love everything about it. Each games controls are a bit hard to get the first time but they are easily grasped. Overall get this if you want quality. You will not be disappointed.
