Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a bundle, but the items were shipped separately from different locations. While the smart battery arrived after seven days, customer service canceled and returned the main unit shipment just two hours before it was scheduled for delivery without justification or adequate communication. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in EcoFlow and will not purchase from them again.
