Installation was simple ....too early to know if problem is sorted but im sure its doing the job

Yes, it is far more expensive than the opposition but the build quality and two gate design is impressive. It’s possible to fit it tightly in a 110 mm pipe. I am pleased to have not bought the pole, a not particularly deep inspection chamber and a long arm was enough. I used copper grease to lubricate the moving parts and put a suitably sized bottle cap over the tightening screw to prevent condensation dripping from the chamber lid getting in.

Ordered two Rat blockers, at a very reasonable price, to collect from store and was able to collect within 36 hours. One fitted perfectly but unfortunately the second would not fit due to the very tight angle of one of the lateral drain exits in the inspection chamber.
