Very pleased with this product

I used this to ice my knee (after total knee replacement surgery). I still use it every evening. I like that it is very flexible so I can bend it around my knee. It also stays cold for over 30 minutes.

The best ice pack I have ever owned!

The best thing I love about this ice pack is being able to mold it to my body. It is soft, flexible and stays cold longer than 30 minutes so I can use it on multiple areas of pain due to an accident. With chronic pain it is difficult to sleep, this ice pack helps. Other ice packs I have are either too small or too hard after freezing. This one is perfect! I will definitely purchase a small one to use for TMJ facial pain. Thanks for a great product! Now hopefully it will last a very long time.
