We are loving Maev! Just one suggestion.

My boxer is loving Maev! I love that I can see exactly what she is eating. However, I did notice in the last delivery three bags weren’t kept as cold as the others during shipping. When I went to use those bags from my freezer, they had 3-4 cups worth that were frozen solid. One of the reasons I love Maev is how easy it is to scoop and serve her food. I had to thaw for over a day and then use an ice pic to break it up. It may just be a matter of more dry ice during shipping. Thanks for asking how our experience could be better =)

The subscription has not been ideal. Also the cost of the product is high.
