Excellent sturdy dumbells. Knurling is great, the stand is sturdy, and the dumbbells have a relatively small profile for their weight. Adjustment takes a bit longer than click Nuobell Style dumbells but it's worth the extra durability. Even with light usage the finish gets chipped a little but performance is great overall. I have also added the heavy handle kit and the 120 lb expansion kit, and those two editions are rock solid as well.

Owned bowflex, powerblock, and cancelled my rep peppins after watching more reviews. Got these. Very happy with decision. I won't be buying any more dbs again. These Coop of garage gym reviews rates the highest for 'feel', 4.5/5 over rep peppin's 4/5 which to me is the most important thing. Handle length is good. Change time is pretty quick and also largely a non factor. People who want instant changes... well, you get out of things what you put into them. I want the best feel over convenience. These feel heavy in a true iron way that will give you the best chance of gaining muscle. No cage. Evenly balanced 2.5 ibs per hand contra rep peppins. Compactness. Make these the winners imo. Pull overs, goblets, etc... etc. very versatile and have that commercial dumbbell heaviness with added bonus of 2.5 increments which gym dbs don't.
