I had some issues with the delivery of my gym equipment, mainly due to the freight carrier, but Northern Fitness went above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service throughout the situation was excellent. They were responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure the issue was resolved. Even though the delivery didn’t go as planned, Northern Fitness communicated with me throughout the process and ultimately provided a resolution that I was very happy with. It’s easy to leave a good review when everything goes perfectly, but I think how a company handles a problem says a lot more about them. Northern Fitness handled the situation professionally and made sure I walked away satisfied. Really appreciate the Northern Fitness team for standing behind their customers. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them.
