boxing needs improvement

we ordered a box of 1000. They had a single flimsy cardboard divider between the two components . The divider failed in shipping and they were all mixed up in the box(again). We store them in a drawer with dividers so every time we order someone needs to sort these parts, it takes a fabricator time to sort the parts.
