I LOVE Birch!

I first discovered Birch Coffe and Emma’s Espresso in 2016 when my daughter was a freshman at Fordham Lincoln Center. She took me to the 9th Ave shop. Love at first sip! My NYC daughter is in the mountains of Vermont now, so I have begun ordering online and expanding my palette to Birch Blend and Sumatra Tiger ground for my Birch Camp French Press. I still order whole bean Emma’s and grind myself for my Moka Pot, as I cannot be without that staple. The Love grows … thank you! ~TD

Loving it

Was visiting the city (from out east on the island) instantly I was pulled like a magnet towards the sweet aroma of bliss in Penn station. The vendors were so sweet and helpful - took the time to discuss which coffee I’d like. I’m a little bougie when it comes to coffee and let me tell you!!!! I was hooked! LOVE IT!! I had ordered twice since my encounter in NYC and each morning is the best with Sumatra! Please open more vendors or stores out east?

Tiger Tiger Burning Bright!

We were looking for a brew with a little more bite and body than our usual tipple. This really hit all the right spots and is now our family favorite. Creates an amazing crema as well!
