good on techniques. Fine tuning small details. Like hands placement during kicks. Little things that matter. Demonstrate slowly which helps beginners. Multiple angles also help. Good presentation.

Another great video from Dynamic Striking!

In the 70s & 80s all we had were books and the local school. It’s so amazing to have the videos from DS to learn from masters around the globe. Thank you Dynamic Striking and AJ Matthews for this amazing video on Muay Thai and proper body mechanics and angles to generate maximum power!
