I ordered these lashes, as well as another pair, lash glue, and magnetic lash glue, a month and a half ago and have not received them. I contacted doe when I noticed they hadn’t shipped 3 weeks after placing the order and they have sent vague emails to me since. They did not say what happened to my order or when I could expect to receive it. Now they are offering me a “free replacement” for my order. This company is a joke and if you see their TikTok comments you know that I am not the first person to experience poor customer service and ridiculous shipping times.
