I bought both the soft-medium and medium. I'm a side and back sleeper. I thought soft-medium would work, and it does fine, but I ended up still needing a bit more support when I'm on my side. The medium is perfect. I'm female, 5'7, 135lb w/broadish shoulders for those who are looking for a reference. Im coming from a Coop pillow, which I've loved, but have been wanting to steer towards more natural products for sleep. I truly do feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. My head often feels heavy, and I get frequent headaches, so hard pillows are a no-go for me. The shipping did take some time (a little over 2 weeks), but it was well worth the wait. This sleeps much cooler for me than the coop and also stays fluffier than it too. It is well made, has piping and the cotton fabric is soft. Looking forward to when it's broken in and softens up nicely.
