Back to making bread!

I just started with thee alaskan Sourdough, I used my bread machine(idle for 20 years) and did a mix nd rise, then removed and formed then an after overnight chill, which I was leary of, but kneaded again and baked, could not believe first time success, great recipes and super good bread, will be trying next pkg soon and think I will be ordering more soon also. Great mix, way easier then thought compared to playing with bread machine 20 years ago and having more problems then not. Thank You for a great product. Its a real fool proof product!!
