"Gift Wrapping" is a rip-off

The chimes were fine, but the offer to 'gift wrap' (and charges to do so) were a rip off. It doesn't come gift wrapped - they just put a plain gift bag in with the box - you still have to open the box, and do your own wrap. Thankfully we didn't drop ship to the recipient!

This wind chime was a personalized retirement gift to a business colleague of over 40 years —my CPA & firm. While I didn’t open them when shipped to me, I sent them on as a special remembrance of our working together over so many years.
